Designed by Jens Ansø the Due Cigni Bread Knife features HPL (High Pressure Laminate) handle scales which are not only comfortable to use but dish washer safe. The satin finished blade is razor sharp to the tip and heat treated to keep a long lasting edge. It’s a Bread knife that will last for a long time.
